I wasn’t in totally bad shape before joining Educogym, but I lacked
any kind of definition. I was 29
when I first joined educogym®
and things were starting to slope
and sag and the belly was on its
way. When my waist size was
measured I was surprised – it was
34 inches. Now, my waist is 30½
inches, I’ve added muscle-tone all
over the body and have built up
muscle in all of the right areas. I
have a body now that I thought
was reserved for men in their early
twenties. It has helped my mind as
well as looking good on the
outside automatically feeds the
mind with a feel-good factor.
